The highlight of the program is a spectacular wilderness experience in the mountains of North Carolina during the last month of the boys’ residency. Counseling takes place frequently during the day, in all settings, through conversations with mentors during chores or recreation. We place a strong emphasis on mentorship, providing the boys with positive male role models during their enrollment with us.
